Custom LEATHER MADE BY HAND
All about Custom Leather Holsters, Bags 'n Belts, Wallets and some painted art
Motorcycle and Chopper seats, Tank bibs and Fender flaps...Saddle bags and more!!

Saddle leather hand carved and with leather braid cross stitching....matching passenger pad!
This seat has a inserted gel-pad and finishing foam too.....foam is hand carved and custom fit to rider!!
This seat went on a Dyna Glide Sport, gel pad insert, hand carved design and matching passenger pad......This seat used to be a one piece seat....after careful messurements and lots of shaping foam, I made this a two piece seat...pad has sucktion cups underneath for easy on and off!! Lots of labor....
The main seat had to be extended, using sheat metal and fiberglass...to fit the custom needs of the bike owner!!
Everything on the seat is drawn on paper, then copied to transfer paper....then traced onto damp leather.....finally hand carved with a special swivel leather knife and finally beveled to make it look 3D !! Done!!
One of my favorite seats....All I had was a fiberglass shell a so called seat pan....from there on I build up sturdy foam, then a layer of soft foam, then a layer of finishing foam....
The design is a late night "me and my pencils"
hand carved with many details....only the carving took about 6 hours!!
A very labor intensive seat combination!!
The top leather is 5-6oz and the skirts are 3-4oz saddle leather....crazy design for a crazy cool bike....this seat will take a patina over time and will look like an well used horse saddle....sun and weather will help that too....
Cool !!
Rider and passenger back-rest carved to mach the seat.....all hand carved and custom designed!!!
This one needs a seat!
been testing my new swivel knive and my carving skills......maybe I use that for myself...haha...
Fine details for a fine seat....goes on a super fine bike....all is good !!
Came as a metal seat pan only, I did all the custom foaming, shaping and a nice leather carving!!!
In the beginning....!!
Gel pad inlaid, most foam work is done....seat extension done....needs more foam work, sculpturing and a seat cover......
Ok, Ok...I know this is a different seat...haha...But as you can see...We have been practicing some pinstriping and lettering with old fashioned lettering brushes....love it!! But need waayyyyy more practice!!
That one was a major project!!
Lots of fitting, sewing and a VERY expensive bike to match!! Black chrome tan leather with printed exotic in center with red stitching brings it out big time....
The under-construction on a BIG Honda Goldwing seat I have done....these seats have tons of decorative and hidden stitching, for comfort and heat disspersion a gel pad has been inserted and fitted after custom carving and shaping the original foam!!
Foam shaping is not as easy as it sounds, also the correct kind of foam for the right seat is important!! Often I get a seat pan only and have to start from scratch......building up different layers of density of foam to have a comfortable seat and of course cool looking too !!!!
Gel pads have been proven to add super comfort, heat will also be deflected and a overall more healthy sitting and riding longer distances are possible!!
Your spine, tail bone and lower back muscles will thank you for a high quality gel pad. I use only top quality 3/4 !! inch gel in my seats!!
Above and to the right:

A motorcycle seat in the making....
Already has 2 gelpads inserted, passenger and rider pads are laid inside seat foam, then finishing foam is added as top layer. Next comes finishing the carving and then the final black chrome leather skirts in Western floral.Everything will be finished with double stiched red thread!! ( If my sewing machine gets fixed soon...( :((
To the left and above:
Finished seat for a Harley Davidson bagger.....Very work intensive, I spend hours on hours on the carving alone!
All top motives are hand carved in
4-5oz saddle leather, the skirt material is mostly Western floral chrome tan leather in 2-3 oz...the short skirts in the back are plain cows leather all in black!! Thanks for helping out with your sewing machine skills Steven!!!
